Maya is from a small town in North Carolina where every neighbor’s like family(if they aren’t already) and every tree has to be climbed. Growing up Maya trekked the Blue Ridge Mountains by day and was lulled to sleep at night by frequent thunderstorms - this instilled a drum in her veins and fire in her soul that she carries everywhere.

Maya is a graduate of the William Esper Studio’s Two Year Meisner Training Program and of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. She has a passion for adventure, whatever the story may be as long as it is real and raw. From the Misty Mountains of Erebor to the broken hearted girl on prom night, there’s adventure and life in each world. And Maya wants to live through it all. 

When it’s raining, you’ll find Maya dancing in the storm.  And when she isn’t moving, running, exercising or acting, she’ll be baking - perhaps her mother’s famous oatmeal chocolate chip cookies(no raisins), or the new chocolate mousse cheesecake with an Oreo crust recipe that she found on IG..
